Design Validation Process
Build new products that functions flawlessly and offer great value to your customer
- Stage 1
Get input from the customer – concept/ Raw Design/ 3D Model - Stage 2
Develop child parts required in the assembly. Conventional mass production process is given preference rather than rapid proto typing to enable accurate endurance testing results. - Stage 3
Build sub assembly and full assembly fixtures. A matrix bed fixture is customized with brackets for building precision assembly fixture that can be CMM checked. - Stage 4
Built full assembly – Full assembly CMM inspection done for dimensional accuracy and fitment tolerances - Stage 5
Custom build endurance testing jig on Matrix Bed to test full assembly. Program test standards and conduct endurance testing and product performance testing. Record test data at all stages. - Stage 6
Share endurance test report with customer with detailed inspection report for every child part in the assembly post endurance testing.
